Do you charge for on-site landscaping estimates?
No, our initial on-site consultations and standard estimates are completely free for properties within our Monroe County service area (including Rochester, Henrietta, and Pittsford). Advanced 3D landscape modeling does carry a design fee, which is credited toward your project if you choose to move forward with the installation.
How soon can you start a hardscaping or drainage project?
Project timelines depend entirely on the season and our current queue. Because the Upstate New York building season is limited by winter weather, our spring and summer schedules fill rapidly. We recommend reaching out for a quote at least 4-6 weeks before you want ground broken.
What should I prepare before you arrive for the quote?
If you are looking for a paver patio or retaining wall, having a general idea of your budget and any Pinterest/inspiration photos is incredibly helpful. If we are quoting a yard drainage issue, please take photos or videos of the standing water during a heavy rainstorm so we can see the exact flow of the water.
